For the very first time, the PATRON CleanUP Tour will make a stop in Garda Trentino! The Garda Trentino CleanUP Days are a chance to give something back to the environment which provides with countless opportunities to try out outdoor sports and relax in nature.
What are the CleanUP Days? Four days in which we invite residents and guests of Garda Trentino to take care of our territory by picking litter and participating in informative events and workshops.
The concept is really simple: anyone can take part free of charge, alone or in a group, choosing a place or route for their litter picking. The route and date of the CleanUP are entered on an interactive map (CleanUP Map), so that everyone can see which places have already been cleaned up or join an existing CleanUP. The map will also contain suggestions of places and routes where the clean-up action would be particularly useful.
Each participant or group of participants is provided with a CleanUP Kit, consisting of a reusable waste sack made of recycled PP and a stainless steel clamp. The CleanUP Kit can be collected at one of the distribution points indicated on the CleanUP Map. In addition to the distribution points, participants will also find the points for disposing of the collected waste on the interactive map.
If you prefer, you can join one of the guided CleanUPs and learn about the work carried out by local associations and organisations to keep Garda Trentino clean! Just turn up at the meeting point at the time indicated on the CleanUP Map and on the programme. You will receive the kits directly on site. However, we invite you to register on the CleanUp Map all the same.
Share a photo of your CleanUP on social media with the hashtag #grabitandtagit and upload it online to enter the competition for a chance to win one of the prizes provided by the initiative's sponsors.
