Torbole revives its past as a fishing village with a lunch in the town square. The main ingredient is the fresh catch of the day by Alberto Rania, the last professional fisherman of Garda Trentino, which chef Marcello Franceschi transforms into a complete menu to be enjoyed lakeside.
