Learning new recipes, seeing how they are prepared, getting to know the products of the Garda Trentino region such as the chestnuts of Drena, the walnuts of Bleggio and the potatoes of Lomaso, and the extra virgin olive oil of Garda, all Slow Food presidia. This is what happens at Casa Caveau thanks to the skilful hands of Master Chef Walter Miori, with whom we will prepare some tasty dishes to accompany the Reboro tasting.
