• Your hamper will include:
• A bottle of Trentodoc Altemasi Millesimato 2020 Cavit with two complimentary glasses
• Spelt salad with morsels of trout marinated in Nosiola wine, trout roe with basil pesto from our garden, almonds and Trentino extra virgin olive oil (Giovanni Poli - Santa Massenza)
• Sandwich with carne salada carpaccio (Salumeria Belli), cauliflower salad from our garden
• Buckwheat and almond cake with cranberry jam
