This is an easy tour of historic hamlets set among fields, orchards and vineyards. Head north on the cycle path from the car park at the bridge in Arco, leaving the cycle path after the bridge over the River Sarca to turn right into the underpass at the roundabout. On the other side, turn left and head up an asphalt road which takes you around the convent of the Capuchin Friars. When you reach the first stop sign at the cemetery, go straight on, then at the second stop sign turn right then left, cycling uphill towards the sports grounds. Keep going uphill, then take the first right turn. You pass through olive groves with a lovely view of Arco Castle. Come back down, keeping to the left through Bolognano until you get to Vignole. Cross the main road at the traffic lights and immediately turn left. Stay on this road until you come to a small bridge with a junction where you head on straight towards Maza to the south, passing through fields, apple orchards and vineyards. Now you start to turn back towards the centre of Arco, turning right and coming to Pratosaiano. At the capital, turn left and head northwards. When you reach the main road, turn left onto the cycle path which crosses a car park and then the River Sarca to come back to the sports grounds of Arco. Continue towards the historic centre down via Segantini and at the end of the road turn left to arrive back at the departure point.
