For the sixth consecutive time, Riva del Garda will host the Italian Open Championships (i.e. also open to foreigners) of outdoor apnea. This was decided by Fipsas, the Italian Sports Fishing and Underwater Activities Federation, which assigned the organisation of the Italians to the Gruppo Sommozzatori. The competitions will be held at the San Nicolò harbour.
In the past editions, the technical results have been remarkable, in fact, from year to year a new world record has been rewritten in internal waters: this year too, more than one athlete is preparing to put his name on the roll of honour of the Championship and records.
