The Chiesetta Alla Costa is a great shout for those in search of a less “well-trodden” path with the same mesmerising views. The stonework on Tiarno di Sotto bell tower stands out from the green meadows and mountains.
How to get there: At Tiarno di Sotto, follow the cycling path and take the path to the right of the entrance to the SAT 416 trail (10 minutes).
Set off from the little church and follow the SAT 416 trail towards Cima Vai, Bocca Caset, and the Tremalzo alpine pasture or stroll from Tiarno di Sotto along the banks of the Massangla mountain stream to the Gorg d'Abiss, a waterfall gushing out from the rockface.
