Monte Baldo Local Nature Reserve was set up in 2013 by the local communities and is the first of its kind in Trentino.
It covers a vast area of the northern sector of the Baldo mountain range and is remarkable for its exceptional biodiversity featuring a wealth of rare species. For this very reason, Monte Baldo is known as the Garden of Europe.
The Mount Baldo Nature Park has created different hiking itineraries, equipped with informative signs about the environmental features.
