Located in the Bleggio plateau, a few steps from the Terme di Comano, this cured meat factory is characterized by experience, passion and artisan care in the production of meat and cured meats from Italian pigs raised in the mountains. Here you can find many products including Trentino Quality Brand cured meats such as speck, luganega, salted meat, smoked bacon and mortandela (not to be confused with the almost homonymous Bolognese specialty). The property has a shop in Madice and a delicatessen in Ponte Arche. The offer also includes cheeses, wines, hot dishes - "ready cooked" - special breads, sauces, honey, jams and many other typical products of Trentino and Tyrolean gastronomy.
