*From 23.12.2023 the Spa will be available for a further Natural Feeling Erlebnis at a price of €20 for children and €10 for children. Kinder unter 14 Jahren können das Spa bis 12 Uhr in Begleitung eines Elternteils betreten. From 12 o'clock the Spa will only be reserved.
How to get there
- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
- On arrival day, the room will be available from 14:30 hours. On departure day rooms should be vacated by 11:00 hours. (14:00 for the Astoria Suite)
- We recommend you to pre-book your favourite wellness treatments.
- The refund of missed meals is not foreseen.
- Final payment may be made only by credit card or cash (no cheques accepted).
- The refund in case of later arrival day or earlier departure is not foreseen.
Conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS - During fairs, conferences and other major events, different tariffs to the ones stated for the period may be charged. They will not, however, be higher than the ones quoted for period D with weekend supplement, and the Smart Garden and Smart rooms will be charged at the Superior rate. - Refunds for missed meals are not foreseen - Rooms are available from 14.00 hours and must be vacated by 10.00 hours, except for guests who book wellness programmes at the Social Spa - Animals: small pet are allowed, with prior authorization from the hotel. Access is not permitted to the restaurant, bar, breakfast room, swimming pool, park and Social Spa. In case of cancellation or no show the following charges will be made: - 8 days priod to arrival: 30% of the entire stay - 7-4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the entire stay - 3-1 days prior to arrival: 50% of the entire stay - In case of no show or departure in advance: the entire stay will be charged Stays from 1St November 2015 will be charged a tourist tax. The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the holiday booked
