This charming and serene country house, dating back to 1898, was tastefully renovated in 2024. It’s an A+ energy-efficient home, powered exclusively by a heat pump and photovoltaic panels. We’ve preserved the original design of the building, set amidst a Rebo grape vineyard. The rental portion of the house spans two floors: the ground floor features a kitchen with all necessary appliances, while the upper floor houses the bedrooms and bathrooms. Additionally, there is a lush outdoor space for guests to enjoy.
Nearby, you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, and a pharmacy. With the nearby cycle path, the centre of Riva and its beaches are just a 10-minute bike ride away.
Our house is located at Via Marone 39 in Riva del Garda, a yellow building with light green shutters facing onto the street.
Before checking in, we recommend parking on the street. We will then accompany you to the property, where you can park your car for free
Check in after 3pm. Check out before 11am.
A tourist tax of €1 per person per night is payable on site, applicable for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights (children under 14 are exempt).
