Residence Desiree is a family-run holiday residence located in Riva del Garda in a quiet area, close to the lake, to the harbour and the beach, and only 15 minutes walking ditance from the town center. The Residence, with two accomodation houses next to each other, offers different types of cozy apartments (all with one seperate bed room): STANDARD, SUPERIOR and DELUXE. The bilo STANDARD apartments are spacious and comfortable, with balcony, at second floor. The bilo SUPERIOR apartments are recently renovated with a modern style, they can be at ground floor with a private space outside or at first floor with balcony. The bilo DELUXE apartments are recently buildt and equipped with elegant furniture, with balconies or outside area at ground floor. Every type of apartment has free WiFi. All the apartments are provided with free private parking and there's at your disposal a video surveyed storage room for the bicycles.
To reach the Residence Desiree, here are the options with different modes of transportation:
By car:
By train: Arrive at the Rovereto or Trento train station, then take a bus to Riva del Garda (about 30-40 minutes).
By bus: Direct buses are available from Trento, Verona, and other locations to Riva del Garda.
Once you arrive, the Residence is located in an area easily accessible on foot from the center of Riva del Garda and various public transport stops.

PAYMENT METHODS:
The total balance will be settled upon arrival with the delivery of the apartment keys.
A security deposit of €100.00 is required, which will be refunded upon departure.
The apartments must be left in order and in the same condition as they were upon arrival, otherwise, the deposit will be charged.
The tourist tax for this accommodation is €1.50 per person/night (for guests over 14 years old).
