The Giro dei volti is a gastronomic journey that puts the spotlight on vegetables grown in Val di Gresta, the first organic district of Trentino. The tour starts at the Consorzio Ortofrutticolo, where farmers bring in the produce from the fields for processing and storing, and leads on through the streets of the village to enjoy at each stop a tasty dish prepared by local farms and restaurants.
