Here, every plant has its own story, every growing technique is designed to regenerate the soil, and every tasting tells the story of a connection between land, people, and biodiversity.
During the visit, you’ll explore an experimental garden where vegetables, aromatic herbs, and shiitake mushrooms grow, all cultivated using sustainable practices. The experience ends with a guided tasting of preserves and drinks produced on-site: authentic flavours that celebrate seasonality and artisanal care.

A simple, tasty and carefree experience: Ready to join us?

• Pick the time that suits you best:  Saturday and Sunday at 4:00 pm or 6:00 pm;
• We’ll welcome you into the garden for a sensory walk among herbs, plants and shiitake mushrooms, followed by a guided tasting;
• You’ll sample: shiitake pieces, shiitake cream, two herbal pestos, two vegetable spreads and two craft soft drinks—all vegan and gluten-free, made directly at Guà Farm;
• Just bring the essentials: comfortable shoes, a hat and sunglasses. Insect repellent is also recommended;
• If you have any food intolerances or preferences, let us know when booking;
• Visiting with your family? With kids? With your dog? You’re welcome to bring everyone with you—as long as dogs are kept on a leash.

This experience is not accessible for people with motor, visual or hearing impairments. Not suitable for strollers.
