The Corno di Bò crag, with single and multi-pitch routes, is a favourite with friction climbers or those who want to learn.
In the highers pitches, the spits are bit further apart but still manageable; once you top out at the anchor, which has a ring and chain, you abseil down. Alternatively, there is a track-trail that leads to the base, but it is not recommended since there is a risk of dislodging rocks onto the climbers on the crag. Better by far to abseil down.
Corno di Bo’ is one of those places which deserves five stars for the beauty of the panorama over Lake Garda. The winds from the lake, Peler in the morning and Ora in the afternoon, cool even the hottest day. It is also possible to take a dip on the nearby beach Spiaggia delle Lucertole.
