The building is one of the finest examples of historic architecture in the historic city centre. Worthy of note is the large double-height central hall, a hall with balcony today used for ceremonies, events and meetings. It originally housed a small theatre. The ceilings of the halls feature frescoes from the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries, while the walls of the halls have been enriched with precious vintage prints belonging to the collection of the Alto Garda Museum.
Fun fact: in one of the rooms there is the piano that belonged to Prof. Lino Righi, an illustrious figure of the city's cultural life, donated by Prof. Franco Ballardini, professor at the Bonporti Conservatory.
