Casa ai Piani is nestled within a cluster of historic buildings in the quaint village of Chienis, situated 1,000 metres above sea level in the verdant Valle di Gresta, also referred to as the Valle degli Orti (Vegetable Garden Valley). Located 24 km from Rovereto and 16 km from Lake Garda, the apartment was renovated in spring 2023 and spans multiple levels.
You’ll find several essential services in town, including a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, post office, bank, and a newsagent's selling tobacco, newspapers, games, stationery, and hardware. You’ll also find restaurants and pizzerias.
The local area boasts numerous hiking and mountain biking trails, providing opportunities to immerse yourself in nature and WW1 history.
Ronzo-Chienis also serves as the starting point for the Cammino di San Rocco pilgrimage route, which begins in Mori.
Finally, the towns of Rovereto, Trento, Riva del Garda, and Arco are all within easy reach!
Upon reaching Ronzo-Chienis from Loppio, follow the main road until you get to the Panificio Val di Gresta, which also serves as a bus stop. Take the dead-end road on the left, passing the bakery entrance, and continue until you reach Casa ai Piani.
Check-in after 3pm. Check-out between 10am and 11am.
