Probably built between the 15 and 16 centuries against the old gate of San Pietro and tower that controlled the main entrance to the town as the residence of the Counts of Arco. It is considered to be one of the most interesting historical houses of Arco, both because of its architectural style and the interior and exterior decorations. There are curious terracotta chimneypots on the roof and beautiful 16 century frescos on the eaves with subjects and episodes from mythology partly by Dionisio Bonmartini.
