Sunday, October 13

• 10:30 AM - Fiavè Pile-Dwelling Museum: 100% Latte. A family workshop to learn about dairy production in the pile-dwelling villages of Fiavè-Carera
• 11:00 AM - Fiavè Pile-Dwelling Museum: Guided cheese tasting promoted by the Misonet46 farm with expert agronomist Dr. Francesco Gubert (info and reservations: +39 338 1563178 - Oscar Cherotti - € 15).
• 1:00 PM - Azienda Agricola Fontanel: Traditional lunch by reservation (+39 0465 735041) featuring polenta carbonera, capussi, and delicious milk-based desserts. The lunch will be accompanied by music from the Banda del Canederlo (until 3:00 PM).
• 3:00 PM - Azienda Agricola Fontanel: Experience the live practical workshop "La Caserada" and learn how milk is processed and cheese is made
• 4:00 PM - Azienda Agricola Fontanel: Enjoy the festive atmosphere with live music from the band Moonflower, a perfect way to spend a day filled with good food and fun
• 7:00 PM - Azienda Agricola Fontanel: Event closing

Throughout the day, there will be a farmers' market and local artisan exhibitors.
