The winemakers of the Valle dei Laghi offer a unique tasting experience: a five-course dinner paired with Nosiola and Vino Santo wines, where the versatility of Nosiola meets the richness of Trentino’s culinary tradition and the creativity of chef Walter Miori. The evening will be hosted by Giuseppe Carrus, sommelier, writer for Gambero Rosso, and deputy editor of the Vini d’Italia guide.
