There’s no better place than a beautifully set table to enjoy and discover the stories behind a bottle of wine. The winemakers of the Valle dei Laghi offer a unique tasting experience: a five-course dinner paired with Nosiola and Vino Santo wines, where the versatility of Nosiola meets the richness of Trentino’s culinary tradition and the creativity of chef Walter Miori. The evening will be hosted by Giuseppe Carrus, sommelier, writer for Gambero Rosso, and deputy editor of the Vini d’Italia guide.

Gourmet dinner menu:

• Appetizer
  Chicken liver pâté with onion and Dro plums compote, served with brioche bread and Bleggio walnuts (Slow Food Presidium).
• First course
  Risotto with Santa Massenza broccoli, trout tartare and roe.
• Main course
  Guinea fowl breast stuffed with Nosiola raisin grapes and pancetta, served with Val di Gresta potato purée and celeriac.
• Dessert
  Pears in wine with grappa mousse made from Vino Santo and crumble.
