Description

Fish in the Square

Torbole revives its past as a fishing village with a lunch in the town square. The main ingredient is the fresh catch of the day by Alberto Rania, the last professional fisherman of Garda Trentino, which chef Marcello Franceschi transforms into a complete menu to be enjoyed lakeside.

Potato and mais flour polenta (Molino Pellegrini) with lake sardine emulsion with extra virgin olive oil and shallot
Vialone Nano rice whipped with whitefish cream, extra virgin olive oil and dried olive fragments
Grilled salmon trout morsel with basil sauce
