An immersive experience in the Valle dei Laghi, a land where humans have cultivated vines for centuries and winemakers have preserved the Nosiola grape. Accompanied by botanist Stefano Mayr, we will start from Lake Cavedine for a walk to discover wild herbs, reaching the Belvedere vineyard, where we will meet Giuseppe Pedrotti, a winemaker who produces Nosiola and Vino Santo from these vines. The experience will continue in the winery, where chef Paolo Betti will present a show cooking using the collected herbs. To conclude, we will taste the prepared dishes paired with a glass of Nosiola.
