CREEK CHIC - 4 october

Stream fish stars in a gourmet aperitif with tapas created by chef Stefano Rossi (Lido Palace), complemented by exclusive cocktails from Leonardo Veronesi and live music. All set against the stunning backdrop of Palazzo Martini, a historic mansion in the heart of Riva del Garda.

PESCE IN PIAZZA - 5 october

Torbole revives its past as a fishing village with a lunch in the town square. The main ingredient is the fresh catch of the day by Alberto Rania, the last professional fisherman of Garda Trentino, which chef Marcello Franceschi transforms into a complete menu to be enjoyed lakeside.

FIZZ & FISH - 6 october

A dinner prepared together by chefs Sebastian Sartorelli (Hosteria Toblino), Ivo Miorelli (La Terrazza), and David Cattoi (Antiche Mura). Each course, naturally based on freshwater fish, is paired with local sparkling wine, creating a sensory journey enhanced by the minimalist and elegant setting of the Hotel Monastero Arx Vivendi.
